we inform you that registrations are now open for the next cohort of Training Course on Space Professional Chefs Culinary School, and Cooking Club.
schedules we are offering for the first level are:
  • Sabatino from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 : 00 pm to 5:00 pm
The capacity of each group is a maximum of 12 people and the courses are open in terms demand.

As usual at this season we offer Dairy and surrounding areas:
  • CaraqueƱa with Our Traditional Hallaca pork and chicken, sweet touch of brown sugar and a touch of spice with a silky mass, which makes it a delight on the palate. Round flavor with capers, pickles and olives. BF 35 per unit.
  • boneless leg of pork with special sauce over fruit and wine to enjoy it fully. BF 180 Kg
